This meeting may change topics last minute depending on information available. We are looking to talk about THC and CBD beers, but will see is this is a worth while subject given the relative "young in age" topic
If you wish, this meeting can also be a bottle share. Bring in some commercial beer to share that night and discuss. Make sure to bring in that Homebrew as well. We will have people's choice for prizes.
OK club - it's time for the brewers to bring in their beers that the teams brewed in September. The secret ingredients were a Fruit puree and a spice/flower. We chose two this time to challenge the brewers. We need some judges for the formal BJCP style judging. Please volunteer. The rest of the club will judge like they do for people's choice.
Make sure the ingredients are present in the beer and judge to the style chosen by the brewing team.
Brewing Teams - bring in your beer spec sheet and at least a growler of the beer. Prefer one growler for the people's choice judging and maybe one smaller...
OK club - bring your knowledge of food and beer. This is a new topic for most of us and the club has varying degrees of expertise. Bring in those homebrews for people's choice and any bottle shares you would like. We may call on some help with a potluck like arrangement and pairings with your beer.
Bring in those beers you have been working on and let's discuss them one beer at a time. This is an opportunity to gather focused feedback on your beers. Tastings will happen one at a time in an organized manner if you desire. Hope to see you all.
We will be doing an equipment exchange as usual. Bring in your equipment that you do not use anymore and swap with your club friends. This is a potluck as normal, so bring that salad, side dish, dessert, etc. The club will supply the meats.
Also bring in your homebrew and any commercial bottles you want to share.
